This policy explains what happens to personal data when you use realagentlive.com. It covers this website only. If you are a client of ours, the handling of your customers' data is governed separately by the agreement and data processing terms we sign with you.
This website is operated by Rupinder Singh, trading as Real Agent Live, of Debono Court 4, 87 Mensija Street, San Gwann SGN 1604, Malta ("we", "us"). For the personal data described in this policy, we are the data controller. If the details above change, for example when the business incorporates as a limited company, we will update this policy and the version date.

Our enquiry and quote forms ask for your name, work email address, company name, industry, and a description of the channels and hours you need covered. The desk builder on our pricing section asks only for your email address, together with the configuration you selected. We use this solely to reply to you and prepare a quote. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent this information to anyone.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, which include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
This website sets no cookies. We use no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session tracking and no browser storage. There is nothing for you to consent to or opt out of, which is why you will not see a cookie banner here.
If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires consent, ask for it before anything is set.
This site currently loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is transmitted to Google. If you would rather this did not happen, a content blocker will prevent it, and the site will still work.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as applied in Malta by the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta), we must have a lawful basis for each use of personal data. Ours are:

Each of these acts on our instructions under their standard data processing terms. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid order from a court or regulator.
Some of the providers above are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or on an adequacy decision such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Maltese supervisory authority, the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), at idpc.org.mt, or to the authority in your own country. We would rather you came to us first, but that is your right, not a requirement.
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the inbox that receives enquiries is protected by two-factor authentication and limited to people who need it. We keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately small, because data you do not hold cannot be lost.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the IDPC within 72 hours as required, and tell you directly where the law requires it.
When we provide support agents to a client, that client remains the controller of their own customers' data and we act as their processor. That relationship is governed by a separate written services agreement and data processing agreement, not by this policy. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to exercise your rights, please contact that company directly, as they hold the relationship with you.
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will contact you about it rather than relying on you to notice.
