Descriptions of coverage, shifts, training, security measures and turnaround times describe how we normally work, and the specifics for any client are set out in the signed agreement between us.
The desk builder produces an indicative summary of a configuration you select. It does not produce a price, and submitting it does not create any contract between us.
When you send an enquiry you are asking us to prepare a quote. We aim to respond within one business day, but that is a target rather than a guarantee, and we may decline any enquiry without giving a reason. Any quote we issue is valid only for the period stated in it.
Please do not send confidential information, personal data belonging to your customers, or anything sensitive through the website forms. If you need to share something confidential, ask us and we will arrange a secure route.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date at all times. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
